Thank you for choosing BhaktiLok, your gateway to Bhakti, Mantras, Aartis, and Sanatan Dharma knowledge. This Shipping & Delivery Policy outlines how our digital content and services are delivered to you.
1. Digital-Only Nature
BhaktiLok is a 100% digital app. We do not sell, ship, or deliver any physical products. All services — including Bhajans, Aartis, Wallpapers, Reels, and VIP Membership features — are available instantly within the app.
2. Delivery of Digital Content
Once your payment for VIP membership or any digital service is successful:
- Access is automatically activated on your registered account.
- You can start using all unlocked features immediately.
- In case you don’t see your VIP access, please log out and log in again, or contact our support team.
3. Estimated Delivery Time
Since BhaktiLok is a digital platform:
- Delivery time is instant after payment confirmation.
- You’ll receive confirmation through email or app notification once your membership is active.
4. Failed or Delayed Activation
If your VIP access or content isn’t available within 1 hour after payment:
- Please contact our support team at support@bhaktilok.app.
- We will verify your transaction and manually activate your account within 24 hours.
5. No Physical Shipping
BhaktiLok does not ship any items like books, CDs, or Prasad from our side. However, users may contribute to digital donations or temple offerings through partner organizations listed inside the app. Those donations are managed directly by respective temples or NGOs, not by BhaktiLok.
